You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you upload (your MP3s, image prompts). We claim no ownership over your content.
When you upload content to RhythmReel, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Service and RhythmReel's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.
Regarding the videos generated by the RhythmReel service using your uploaded content and AI-generated visuals: You are granted a license to use the generated videos for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use may be permitted under specific paid plans, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models used for visual generation
Videos generated under the Free plan will contain a RhythmReel watermark. Videos generated under paid plans will not contain this watermark.
These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of USA, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in USA for the resolution of any disputes.
